Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

WE OFFER SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN INDIA (excluding exceptions where courier services are not provided)

 Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally orders placed before 1 pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
 

The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 10 working days.

 There will be additional shipping cost of Rs. 150/- per order on cash on delivery orders. While customers paying with PAYTM can enjoy 5% discount + FREE SHIPPING on orders above Rs. 500

Domestic customers are responsible for any OCTORI Duty charged by your state government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.

Tracking: e-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent after shipment.

International Shipping: 

1.  We Ship Internationally to following countries only: Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Bangladesh, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates &United States of America.  

2. All international shipments will be made through India Post. 

3. We will dispatch the orders within 3 days of payment, after that please allow a time frame of 11 to 20 days for it to get delivered to you, we will provide the tracking details of your order once it has been dispatched.

4. Cash on delivery option is not available for international customers, all such order which are placed with cash on delivery option will stand cancelled automatically.

5. International customers can use paypal account to make payment, or they can use their debit/credit cards to make payment through paypal, alternatively, you can make direct bank transfer to our account, details of which have been provided in the payment section.

6. In case the shipment gets returned to us due to incorrect address provided by the customer, we will refund the amount to customer after deducting international shipping charge as applicable.

7. In case of replacement of products, customer will have to pay return shipping charges. 

8. If any taxes are applicable in customer's country, the customer will have to pay those taxes.
